Lumora provides information, referral to clinics, coordination and administrative support. The service does not include healthcare.

We reserve the right to update content, prices and terms. Prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the treatment plan, the surgeon's assessment and any add ons. The final price is confirmed by the clinic after a medical assessment.

2. Your obligations

You are at least 18 years old.
You provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your health.
You do not use the service unlawfully or on behalf of another person without their consent.
You understand that the final medical assessment is made by the clinic.

3. Content and chat

Content on the website, including answers in our chat, is general in nature and does not constitute medical advice. Chat conversations are stored so that we can follow up on your request.

The content of the website belongs to Lumora and may not be copied or republished without permission.

4. Limitation of liability

Lumora is not liable for medical assessments, treatment outcomes, complications or aftercare. The care agreement is entered into between you and the clinic.

Our liability for our own referral service is limited to any amount you have paid to Lumora for the service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

5. Governing law

Swedish law applies to these terms of use. Disputes with Lumora are settled by Swedish general courts. Disputes concerning the surgery are directed to the treating clinic.
